Welcome to the second edition of Stellar U: The Brainiac Manifestation Digest. The first installment was a brief introduction into the series and brainwaves. This one will cover the Beta Brainwave.

Scientists have studied and explored how your brain works. Understanding the function of brainwaves has been a great revelation in helping humans to manifest the wealth, health, and security they desire.

Most of us know that taking care of our brain and mental health is incredibly important. However, most of us likely don’t understand the nuance of brainwaves and how they impact our lives.

Beta brainwaves are the fastest brainwaves and are part of our daily lives, helping us to solve problems, focus, make decisions, and process a flood of daily information flowing to our brains. 

Each morning, when we wake, we plan, imagine, and visualize our day. We activate the imagination by thinking about the meeting, the lunch, the conference, the co-workers, the system, and how we are going to play our role.

We anticipate the day resulting in either a positive result or a negative result. Our goal is positive results!

What if you ‘take charge’ of your day by anticipating and understanding the nature of brainwaves, and specifically for this article, beta brainwaves, in your daily life?

Try this: As you get ready for the day and set your imagination on fire, visualize the correct answers flow naturally and easily to you. See that answers to problems, issues, implementation of plans, handling co-workers, and manifesting success are already in your arsenal of knowledge and that the beta brainwave helps to illuminate your brain.

Focus on a specific subject and mentally or out loud say: “Today I focus on the report (or whatever your desire) which I will be presenting to the group. I see that my beta brainwaves are working at the highest level to give me the information I need.” 

By doing this, we access the beta brainwave instantly!

Dysregulated Brainwaves and Their Impact on Health

Remember that mention about how brainwaves are part of our health? Thanks to science, we know what happens when beta brainwaves are out of balance. This is referred to as “dysregulated brainwaves.” Dysregulated beta brainwaves can lead to anxiety, overthinking, sleep disturbances, difficulty focusing, chronic stress, and increased risk of mental health disorders such as anxiety or ADHD.

How to Maintain Healthy Brainwaves

Meditation

Your brainwaves and your consciousness are a team. One affects the other. In this regard, it is important to maintain a lifestyle that includes your self-awareness and self-help, such as meditation and affirmations. Meditation helps you to control your brainwaves. Your brainwaves then help you to maintain a healthy mental and aspirational attitude towards life.

Get the Right Amount of Sleep

Essential to good health is a good sleep regimen. Very few humans can burn the candle at both ends without negative consequences. We now understand that the brain, as well as every part of the human body, needs rest, recalibration, time for thought processing, and quintessential REM sleep, which provides a time and space to reconcile our thoughts with reality.

Get Physical

There is no excuse, unless you are not well, to sit at a desk all day, then have dinner, then go to bed without any exercise at all during the day. It has been noted that at the minimum getting up from your workspace at least every 45 minutes to an hour will greatly improve how your body is functioning. The best scenario would be a regular exercise routine during the week, either at a gym or by walking around the block twice a day. Instead of a coffee break, take a walk break.

If you’re the boss, give your employees permission once or twice a day to take short walks, relax and take a deep breath. No one will clock them, or time them. Let it be and see what happens. Ask them to return to their workplace and mentally ask ‘the universe” for inspiration, new ideas, new angles. See what happens. Also, do this for yourself!

Take a Mental Break

Beta brainwaves need something other than work, thinking, and planning. Try games. Give your employees and yourself permission to take a mental break at work by playing a game, reading poetry or journals, or engaging in social conversation in the breakroom or at the water cooler. Anything that is creative, social, and inspirational can set your beta waves onto paths of brilliance!

Understanding the brain and brainwaves is essential to leading a fulfilling life of manifestation.

Take breaks, mental and physical, do deep breathing exercises, meditate on a soothing body of water such as the ocean, and reflect on the vastness of the Universe. And remember you are Stellar U, an essential piece of the puzzle that always knows what to do and when do to it, when you use the science of brainwaves.
