Do You Ever Just Want to Give Up? Then Stop, Breathe, and Let Go
Everyone wants to give up at some point in time, and sometimes that is a good thing to do. Giving up is not the same as quitting. By giving up a particular idea, a disappointment, or a person, release will flow over your aching bones and emotions, and will allow you time to reorganize yourself.
Maybe It Just Wasn’t Working Out?
When you feel the need to give up on a business venture or a relationship, that means it was not working, no matter the effort you put into it, and sometimes it is better to let go of trying to control the situation. To a great extent, this is normal. Humans want to experience their desires. Humans want to control their lives. But when you know it isn’t working, you know. This is the time to give up, and give up control, and release and let go.
Does This Make You a Quitter?
Giving up is not defeat, it is a time-out. When something or someone is not working out in your life, it may be time to give them up and move on. Letting go makes room for a new idea or person to enter your life.
How Does It Feel When You Just Let Go?
Sometimes, that is the best feeling in the world. Do you work remotely while on family vacations? Do you stay up at night checking reports, emails, and text messages? Do you spend enough quality time with your family? Do you go to bed tired and wake up the same? Are you ready to let go and give up? It can be a huge relief to finally release it all. And after you do, it is advisable to take a time-out.

Do You Know When to Let Go?
You have been dedicated to your family and your career, you have done everything right, but still, you are exhausted, and nothing is working out. There are always signs. Stress, lack of sleep, poor diet, grumpy moods—these indicate it may be time for you to let go.
How to Let Go
Have you tried sleep commands? Before you drift off to sleep, give commands to your subconscious mind, and in the morning, give thanks for the new ideas you have received while you relaxed. Some of the best inventions ever created were revealed during sleep, or the newest and best ideas about business came during meditation.
Be sure to set the environment, such as muting your phone, and being sure that you will not be disturbed.
- Before bedtime, write out your commands to our subconscious.
- For example: “I command my subconscious mind to reveal to me a newer and better solution for my life.”
- “I command my subconscious mind to inform me of the best decisions.”
- “I command my subconscious mind to show me how to let go and accept new ideas.”
- As you drift off to sleep, repeat your command and ask that you will know the answer upon awakening.
Sleep commands are more effective with repetitive use. This is an easy tool to use, and only takes seconds, so be consistent each time you are ready for sleep.
Visualizing the outcomes you desire is extremely important. As you are drifting off to sleep, focus on your desired result and then command that this visualization manifest.
Let your subconscious mind work for you. Create a regular routine and before long you will see a real difference in your thought processes as you problem-solve during your work day.
Remember that giving up is not defeat, it is only a time-out that allows you to reset and make space for the right situation to manifest in our life.
When you can just stop, breathe, and let go, and when you have decided you have had enough and don’t know where to turn, then suddenly a solution appears right before you. “It’s a miracle!” you shout.
When there is space for them to happen, miracles do happen and solutions appear; and people come into our lives to help us move forward. Remember that you have worked hard, and this is exactly what has laid the groundwork for miracles to happen.
